Lena and I found 2 kittens at boot camp. We took them away and she found homes for them. I hope someone is getting the cat spayed…

We saw My Fair Lady. Leilani loved it. It’s not a topic for 6 year olds though…

I had to go to Oahu between Christmas and New Year for my Green Card renewal. The tickets from Kauai to Oahu were just slightly more expensive than going to California at other times, and the rental car would have cost more for a day than usually for a week. (I walked and took the bus). INS was friendly and fast, the breakfast was good, and then I walked all over town, visited the Iolani Palace and several museums and had dinner with Francine.

We planned this visit to the Hindu monastery better than the last one, and while we didn’t get parking nd had to walk a bit we got to go on the tour and saw the temple much closer than at our last visit.
