The moon was spectacular several times, the rainbows around it were really colorful

Leilani loves baking pies – apple and pumpkin

Green Kauai team preparing for the Blue Planet Student Energy Summit

Blue Planet Student’s Energy Summit

Mid November I took a group of Leilani’s friends to Oahu to learn about renewable energy. I went to Blue Planet Foundation’s teacher training at the same time and liked it so much that I applied for a teaching position at Harmony home school – starting in January I’ll be teaching renewable energy and sustainability.

EV Riders Cruzin’

The Kauai EV drivers went on a spectacularly beautiful scenic island drive – sadly we took no pictures of the scenic beauty, but lots of car pictures instead.

Robotics

Leilani participated in a robot-built with the Kauai home school team “Pueo Bots” (Pueo is the native owl).

Leilani also designed a logo for the “Pueo Bots”
