So I paid a little more attention, among the things she had in the last 2 weeks were:<\/p>\n<p>Homemade:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Veggie casserole (eggplant, okra, purple potatos, carrots and spinach) with tofu and Feta, lots of garlic and herbs\n<\/li>\n<li>Andy&#8217;s french beef (gardenburgers in that case) in carrot &#8211; wine sauce (the alcohol evaporates completely when cooking)\n<\/li>\n<li>Pan fried gardenburgers with pea sauce (with garlic)\n<\/li>\n<li>Turkish almond &#8211; (raw) garlic &#8211; yoghurt dip once with bread once with noodles\n<\/li>\n<li>Chinese stir fryed vegetables (wit garlic \/ ginger \/ black bean sauce)\n<\/li>\n<li>Steamed vegetables (carrots, eggplants, okra, leafy greens&#8230;) with grains (often quinoa, amaranth, white or brown rice)\n<\/li>\n<li>Pasta with pesto\n<\/li>\n<li>Polenta with tomatosauce\n<\/li>\n<li>Fish (salmon, cod, butterfish, pollok) grilled, steamed, panfried, in spinachsauce (fake sorrel sauce)\n<\/li>\n<li>Guaccamole with bread, very few cornchips on the side\n<\/li>\n<li>Salad (no aruggola) drenched in olive oil and cut finely\n<\/li>\n<li>Carrot &#8211; pea sauce with tofu\n<\/li>\n<li>Creamed Okinawa spinach (one of her favorits)\n<\/li>\n<li>Homemade lasagna (spinach &#8211; tomato &#8211; feta &#8211; cheese)\n<\/li>\n<li>Bread with: Butter, cheese, veggie lunchmeat, avocado\n<\/li>\n<li>Toaster waffles (her favorite breakfast food)\n<\/li>\n<li>Pancakes (with ground nuts and almonds)\n<\/li>\n<li>Amaranth Flakes, puffed cereal\n<\/li>\n<li>Organic fruit loops and raisins (her desert)\n<\/li>\n<li>Small amounts of fruit: Bananas, papayas, persimons, apples, pears, sugar-apples (or attemoyas, not sure)\n<\/li>\n<li>Freeze dried peas (her absolute favorite) and rasberries\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Baby food:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spinach lasagna\n<\/li>\n<li>Rice \/ oat \/ mixed cereal with soymilk\n<\/li>\n<li>Fruit in jars\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Restaurantfood:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mexican: Rice, beans, guaccamole, veggie burrito, fish burrito\n<\/li>\n<li>Chinese: Steamed seabass in onion &#8211; ginger sauce, mixed vegetables\n<\/li>\n<li>Pizza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently a friend asked what Leilani eats &#8211; my answer was not very enlightening&#8230; Just about everything we eat.
