Along the way, all the caf\u00e9s were full with Mother&#8217;s Day brunchers, so we had our picnic breakfast at a shoreline park in the non-touristy part of town. And we discovered this really cool art-car:<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/5\/2\/web\/100509-s-artcar.jpg' height=\"450\" width=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Later, we did have Mother&#8217;s Day ice cream at Lappert&#8217;s and walked around the touristy part of town. This fountain, donated by the sister city in Chile, makes the area look very Mediterranean:<\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/5\/2\/web\/100509-s-fountain.jpg' height=\"450\" width=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/5\/2\/web\/100509-s-fountain-detail.jpg' height=\"450\" width=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p>From there, we went to the children&#8217;s museum.
