Trude&#8217;s garden is beautiful, but the cherry tree and the magnolia are done blooming already. <\/p>\n<p>The first day in Ohio was really cold (around 50F\/10C)!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/second-year\/18m\/ohio-cold-1200.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/second-year\/18m\/ohio-cold-600.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In Ohio we experienced early spring, the daffodils were in full bloom and the tulips just starting:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/second-year\/18m\/IMG_1235-1200.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/second-year\/18m\/IMG_1235-600.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>At the duck and geese pond near the McKinley Monument:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/second-year\/18m\/ohio-duckpark-1200.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/second-year\/18m\/ohio-duckpark-600.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Leilani got to ride a &#8220;horsie&#8221; in Ohio,  an Austrian Haflinger named Cookie.
