{"id":7814,"date":"2018-01-01T11:41:58","date_gmt":"2018-01-01T21:41:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/?p=7814"},"modified":"2018-01-01T11:41:58","modified_gmt":"2018-01-01T21:41:58","slug":"austin-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/?p=7814","title":{"rendered":"Austin 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not much happened on this trip&#8230;  we all got sick with the flu, and while we had fun with games, movies, baking and discussions when we were better already, there were not many photo-ops&#8230; a few highlights here:<\/p>\n<p>Snow&#8230; Leilani seems to have some form of snow on almost every trip when there is even the most remote possibility&#8230;<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/13\/P1060295.jpg' alt=\"\"\/><br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/13\/P1060302.jpg' alt=\"\"\/><br \/>\nNeighbor&#8217;s Christmas light in light snow<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/13\/P1060306.jpg' alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Andy the mechanic&#8230; the car didn&#8217;t start anymore and Andy concluded it was the battery&#8230; he took it out to clean the contacts in the hope we could bring it somewhere to be charged up on January 1st (still hoping at the time of this writing)<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/simplify-your-life.com\/blog\/images2\/13\/P1060312.jpg' alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Leilani got a lot of magnets for Christmas, we all like playing with them.
