“What would you like on our bread Leilani?”
“Honey, ghee, butter and jelly.”
“No! Decide.”
“OK… honey, ghee and butter”
(we finally settled on honey ghee and avocado)
This is the school’s blogpost… but I’ll put our personal photos on soon (in a different post)
Sunday we had great weather and an even better turnout – around 70 people were were attending, most of them in great outfits (if I may say so myself :-). We had lots of fun, the kids were thrilled!
Great footage, thanks David:
Amy’s Video is waiting to be posted, for now you can see it here
Some of my photos (I might get around to reducing that and make a gallery eventually. And then I’ll make a video too…):
The blur in the middle of some of my photos is not a bad camera… it’s sunscreen on my lens… I wish I has that extra amount on my back, I actually got sunburned that day…
We made hats for the San Bruno Posy parade. (Get ready for 2 other posts about that…) and Leilani modeled them. Incredibly she started acting, and gave each hat it’s own personality
That’s what she ended up wearing at the parade…
This was the Hula hat. She sang and danced.
I think Leilani has a low opinion of flower fairies.
I’m not even mentioning who she was impersonating (but I’ll send you a box of chocolates if you guess right) (and if you guess wrong I’ll not tell you who it is)
That one was hilarious. I think I’ll be sending Leilani to acting classes…
Why are there no more posts? We’d like to see photos of Kauai! And of all the nice hikes and spring flowers?
Well… I have been busy. Lots of maintenance on old sites, posy parade (70+ people, mostly decorated with hats the preschoolers or I made) preschool graduation (you better believe it), 4 new websites – check out the New Green Family site, someone really dear and important to me has not seen that one yet… (but I know that you crawl by this blog daily…) so check it out, lots of green cleaning products and a great business opportunity .
(Andy said I should mention we also had to go camping a lot and spent an entire weekend at the Maker’s Fair)
But I have worked on the photos, and there are 5 or 6 posts lined up.
Oh, btw have you seen my flag counter in the sidebar? It shows where my visitors come from. Mostly US but Germany, not Austria is second. I’d love to know who the readers are – do me a favor and comment on this post and let me know.
