Spring on San Bruno Mountain

I hope I didn’t use this title last year… Sunday morning we hiked on San Bruno Mountain

Is that called cross-stretching?

And now the flowers: Actually the first one is more a bumblebee photo, but it still contains a flower, an iceplant, which is an invasive weed if it’s not planted, like in this spot, right next to the trailhead. Leilani found the unhappy bumblebee crawling frantically in the parkinglot and we picked it up and carried it over to the flowers. It became much happier and started eating right away.

With the move 6 weeks away my desire to ID plants is waning. Creamecolored flower.

Eucalyprus. Leilani thinks it looks like a bearded fairy with a long nose.

Not a flower.

Lupine

Mallow and Poppy

Pink Flower

Do you like my camera?

Radish flowers. Because they look so much like mustard flowers Leilani called them mayonnaise flowers…
